Relationship with Drivers
We have separate terms and conditions governing our relationship with Drivers. In turn, each Driver may provide their own terms and conditions for passenger transportation governing the transportation service provided. Please note that the Transportation Service provided by the Drivers is provided in their own independent capacity as a transportation service provider. It will be the responsibility of such Driver to provide you with tax receipt. The Application Taxi.gr may provide you with an update at the end of your trip which is in no way tax information.
If the User books a taxi or other transportation service through Taxi.gr Application, you enter into a direct legally binding contractual relationship with the Driver for the provision of Transportation Services and we forward the request to potential counterparties of the User, for example Taxi Drivers or Transportation Service Providers.
